Located in the heart of the Back Bay, Pavement combines the gritty vibe of its surrounding artistic community with a warm and inviting ambiance. Our four cafes offer exceptional coffee and tea, as well as a hearty breakfast and lunch menu.

We have a long history within the Back Bay community. Our first three locations, once part of a chain known as Espresso Royale Caffe (ERC), have now been independent and locally owned for more than a decade. Over the years, we’ve refined our craft, opened a fourth shop, and have proudly been a part of Boston’s growing coffee community.
